Isaac walked away slowly from the shocked boy. He knew he was being blunt about the death thing, but it was rather true. The words rang through his head. The boy could have died. He could have ended up in Jail for causing him to run into the way like that. He knew that he did it because it was the right thing to do, but now that he thought about it, he was rather glad he didn't let the boy run.
"I... Could have died." He heard from the boy, who was barely whispering. Isaac stopped in his tracks, hoping for an apology... hopefully. "You saved my life." The boy's voice was shaky. Anyone would react like he was. "...Why did you do that?" He asked, sniffling. Isaac turned around and looked at him. "I did it because it was the right thing to do. Yeah, you pissed me off earlier, but nobody deserves to die until it's their time. Die naturally once your life is done." He said, explaining his view on life. Everyone deserved peace, everyone.
Isaac was quiet for a moment as he thought about leaving. The boy was fine, and so was he. They could leave it at a draw if they wanted at this point... but for some reason, he couldn't seem to get his legs to move. He didn't know what kind of trouble he could get into if he left him alone. He probably had a home... possibly not the greatest, but still a home nonetheless. Isaac's over protectiveness was his downfall at times.
"Are you going to be okay?" He asked, staring at his hand, which was still red from grabbing the guy's collar so hard. Isaac had calmed down now, and he was sure that the guy knew, but Isaac wasn't so sure about him. A near-death experience is nearly always life changing, he knew that for a fact. Even more silence passed.
