Mainly, I want to mention two things.
There's a new code on the site that should help out people who use graphic posting tables. If you click on modify your profile, you should see an extra box added called "Enhanced Posting". You can copy and paste your table codes into that box and hit save. Then, when you hit reply to a roleplay post, you should see a second button appear next to the enhanced table tags called "Custom UBBC." Hit that button, and your custom posting table code will show up in the reply box.
A few notes and tips on using it:
POSTING TABLES CODE

A few notes and tips on using it:
- If you can see your own User Notes on your profile page, your posting table will end up stretching the page. Unless this really doesn't bother you, I'd suggest putting it within
tags. Just don't forget to take them out once you insert your table into the textbox to post!
[/li][li]If you have multiple posting tables, you can put all their codes in, and then delete the ones you aren't going to use once you paste them into the posting box.
[/li][li]If your posting boxes are almost identical, except for the background images, you can use only one code, and just change the image url once you insert the code into the posting reply box. (for example, in my case, I might have one header image called "ALEXtop", and another called "MATTtop". I can easily switch their names around if I'm posting as Alex or Matt, respectively.) This trick really only works if you name them similarly, however. Tinypic urls won't work, unless you can memorize each and every number-letter url that you use.
[/li][li]And of course, you don't have to use it if you don't want to. I just think that it'll help people to post quicker, without having to go digging through other posts to find their codes.

ACTIVITY CHECK
And yes, the second thing is that we're going to have another activity check. Namely because I'm tired of accumulating inactive accounts, and I don't want the number to get out of hand. Remember last time?
So here's how it's going to work: the staff team and myself will post a thread sometime soon, maybe within the next week or so. If you're going to be absent and won't be able to reply to it then, make an absence announcement. That's what the board is there for. We're going to send out a mass PM and mass email to all SA members, notifying them of the activity check.
However, we will be continuing to have them about once every three or so months, and will NOT be sending out notifications. So it'll be up to the active members to pay attention on the site when we put up a new thread for an activity check. This'll also prevent inactive members from coming online simply to reply in the activity check, then disappear again.
I cannot stress this enough: if you're going to be absent, LET US KNOW. We don't want to be responsible for deleting your account because you missed an activity check when you left on a vacation. It doesn't even have to be a long-winded explanation. "Going to be gone for a week" is fine.
ACTIVE ACCOUNT DISPLAY
A sort of branch off of the activity check.
If a certain member for some reason or another doesn't reply in the AC, we're not going to just mercilessly delete them without a second thought. We're going to factor in whether they're usually an active member, if they've been on recently, and how involved they are in the current roleplays. I understand that sometimes we unexpectedly lose muse and don't feel like posting for extended periods of time. That's fine: we don't want to push you to write something if you can't. But not coming on the site during that time doesn't make sense to me. I see no reason why you can't continue to log in and maybe chat a bit in the cbox. Usually I don't gauge who's active by how much they're posting: I tend to look at the users active in the past 24 hours. If you name is constantly there, you're active in my book/
What I'm getting to is this: I think it'd be beneficial for you to log in and set it for "forever." And it'd be even more beneficial for you to set Shelpey to your homepage/homepage tabs. Most browsers these days can set a number of tabs to open when you first use the internet, and if you have Shelpey included and you use the internet on a daily basis, your name will always be in the 24 hour box. (Plus, it makes the site look good. MAKE US LOOK GOOD.)
Alex out. *salute*
[EDIT]: Due to the events in the tinychat last night, a password has been added. Hopefully now, random stalker guests lurking on the tinychat website won't decide to join our room. The password is "proboards", and is also listed in the side table under the tinychat link.
