Enadi- or Ghost, as she is more commonly known, is very much what you'd expect of a wolverine shifter in her human form. Like the powerful, tenacious animal that she can become, her human form features a distinctly tomboy quality that radiates a rugged sort of power that most would not expect from a young teenage girl. For one thing, she is impressively tall for her age- 5 ft 9 in as of now and is expected to add a few more inches to that number as she ages. This gives her an almost towering sort of challenging quality that most women do not have, as she is able to easily stare down most men- tall enough to look them in the eye (or at least somewhat close to it).
That impressive height is accompanied by a very fit body, honed by years of hard work and dedication to various labor intensive causes. It's hard to call her muscular- despite all of her apparently masculine features, Ghost still maintains a very graceful, almost delicately feminine appearance. Her skin is smooth and soft, well cared for as it should be, and covers a body dominated by curves and slender features. But, be that as it may, most of those "curves" hide powerful musculature that could easily send someone to the ground with a single punch. Like the wolverine she turns into, Ghost is a power packed, impressively strong individual. It's just not painfully obvious upon first glance.
This is likely due to Ghost's attire, which is distinctly baggy rather than form fitting. Having awkward proportions for a woman- long arms and legs particularly, she finds it difficult to locate clothing that fits her for any sort of a reasonable price. As such, her shirts are typically long sleeved and hang loosely off of her form, as though a size too big for her. She sticks to men's shirts as they tend to fit better and will often attempt to hold them around her neck by tying a tie of some sort. But it's generally all for nothing. Her pants are similarly a lost cause- much too long for her in most cases, causing the ends of the legs to drag on the ground behind her which leaves them tattered and disheveled. Though she seems to prefer more classy types of attire- collared shirts, ties, khaki or gray slacks, vests on occasion, their loose fitting nature and disheveled appearance means that Ghost tends to look more like a homeless person or street urchin than anything else.
Which is not horribly inaccurate. With no place to live and even fewer amenities, Ghost has a difficult time taking care of herself. But somehow, she manages. Her clothes are usually clean (if rather wrinkled and torn), her skin is clear and well maintained (save a number of mostly old scars dotting her face, back and shoulders), her ear-length brilliantly red hair is shaggy but healthy and free of dirt or tangles most of the time, and her body is otherwise healthy and wholesome. She has no known health problems.
Her shifter tattoo is colored a dark brown and is located on the back of her neck. It can be seen occasionally, but is more often hidden by the collar of her shirt.

As a wolverine, Ghost reflects most of the physical features most notable in her human form. Her most striking feature- her sharp, almost electric green eyes, stay in her animal form but they lose a lot of that warm, energetic vibrancy and are more like an yellow green in her animal form. Like all wolverines, her eyes are small and the color is generally difficult to notice unless she is staring you down. Her thick coat of shaggy fur however maintains a distinctly fiery red hue and is still highlighted by a vibrant gold, just like her human hair. This striking color is most noticeable on her sides, back and neck, where her dominant fur color- a dark muddy black/brown, is interrupted by a V-shaped stripe.
The stripe starts on her head, covering the entire top of her cranium and surrounding the striking black mask that covers the lower parts of her round face. It then moves laterally along her body, covering most of the back of her neck and part of the top of her shoulders (where it is repeatedly interrupted by stripes and shocks of black) before melding seamlessly into the dual stripes that move down the sides of the bodies of almost all wolverines. Ghost's stripes in particular thicken as one nears her rear and ultimately end up covering much of her thighs on both sides before tapering to a point about a 3rd of the way down her short bushy tail. Though none of these markings are strange for a wolverine, Ghost's animal form is a particularly impressive individual featuring striking red-brown fur and shocks of strong highlighting that gives her that extra kick of contrast. She also has a somewhat strange marking on the under part and partially on the sides of her neck in the form of a light gold (almost white) V, which starts on the underside of her jaw, widens to cover most of the front of her short, stocky neck, before tapering down onto her chest, where it dissipates. The rest of her fur phases between deep coal black and a dark, earthy red brown.
Though the tattoo is not actually present in her animal form, she does have a black spot on the back of her red furred neck that, when viewed upside down and squinted at, seems to resemble the tattoo of the shifters.
Ghost is a difficult character to understand upon first glance. First impressions tend to give off an air of aloofness and independence to the point of blatant arrogance. Used to taking care of herself, she can be quite hostile towards others who try to enter her life, too naive to realize how much she needs them and too headstrong to accept the change that would come with a social life. No, like any good wolverine, Ghost comes off as an arrogant young loner- strong willed and very practical but to the point of outright stubbornness. She believes that she needs no one and seems to have no interest in other people, keeping to herself like a hermit or something and spending much of her time either avoiding or outright chasing away other people. Her youth gives her a fiery 'take no prisoners' sort of attitude, as though the chip on her shoulder can be knocked off at a moment's notice. And in truth, it probably can. A life on her own has left her almost paranoid and defensive, as though the world is out to screw her over whenever she turns her back.History: Sample:
But Ghost's defensive-aggressive ways are really quite justified. A young girl who's been screwed at every turn of her life, her negative attitude has much basis in fact and experience, leaving her tough and cold on the exterior. Though many people experience only her rudest most ill-mannered mannerisms, deep down she is actually quite sensible and very practical. She approaches life from a very blunt, very calm and generally very cool, laid-back, collected sort of way. Outside of social situations, nothing really phases this girl. Sleeping on the ground doesn't bother her, stealing money and food to survive doesn't bother her, even her ratty clothes don't bother her at all. Having only lived on the fringes of society her entire life, Ghost has become very comfortable with herself and her own skin. She is confident, bold, and as invincibly brazen as any boy half her age, making her very difficult to trick or persuade. Her generally analytical sense of thinking means that she can very quickly decipher things that do not make sense and her blunt, frank sort of manner of speaking will make sure her enemies are aware that she is not afraid of them. Her practicality sometimes clash with her emotions, fueling a surprising amount of anger when she feels hurt or betrayed, or even causing her to become scared when sensibility convinces her that she is in a threatening situation. Though she puts on a very mature front, Ghost is still a kid deep down and her naivety and lack of experience will often times compromise whatever "sensibility" she'd have on a casual basis.
But, for her age, she is a mentally powerful and spiritually strong individual- passionate and dedicated to her friends, her valuables and, most importantly, her beliefs. She will fight to the death for the things and people that she believes in, but 16 year old self preservation usually kicks in before that. After all, she's never actually had someone she was willing to die for. She doesn't know how to care for anyone other than herself...
((This was copied and pasted from another forum role-play, but involves this same character so I thought this would be appropriate x3))Other:
Having already settled into her seat like a living sack of wet potatoes, Ghost was already busily unwrapping her sandwich by the time her companion had settled on a suitable sitting position. The human couldn't help but wonder why the shorter girl took so much time, care and attention into how she wanted to sit... Not in a perfectionist sort of way, but still an odd thing none the less, ultimately choosing to face the curious Ghost, who watched with interest but lacked any sense of judgment on the matter. She was not the kind of person to decide someone was crazy just because she chose to sit in a particular way. It was her butt on her chair, she could do what she wanted with it.
Taking a very swift bite of her sandwich, oddly enough without taking her eyes off of the ebon haired figure in front of her, there was a slight delay on Ghost's end of the conversation as she finished with the morsel of food. In that time, she noticed the fleeting nature of the shifter's steel blue gaze and her own sharp green eyes showed a sense of curiosity she had not intended. Why was this girl so sheepish about eye contact? Well a voice in the back of her head told the human why, but the lack of substantial evidence kept her from believing it. Not just yet anyway. If anything, it made her more curious.
"Hell if I know. Why? Not afraid of a little osteoporosis are you?"
Grinning in a teasing sort of manner, to keep the air around her question as light-hearted as possible, Ghost sat back in her chair lazily, raising her hands to her neck to loosen the tie she had around her neck until it was completely undone, letting the tails of it fall to their respective sides of her breasts casually. When she looked up again, she too was surprised by a loud noise from the opposite end of the room, but, unlike Crow, she seemed largely unphased by it. She peered around the smaller figure with a look of hardened suspicion, as though expecting something threatening, but the casual sight that met her keen eyes was more than enough to relax her and she went back to fidgeting with the loose tails of her tie, running them through her bandaged hands mindlessly.
"You're an awfully nervous thing, aren't you?"
Speaking up again after a moment of thought, Ghost raised her gaze from her hands to the face of the girl sitting next to her, her knowing expression obscured by the lengths of hair that sank into her face. She tossed her head slightly to remove them, grinning again so as not to seem condescending as she tried to anticipate Crow's response to such a simple observation. She was just curious, in all honesty. She honestly found the dark shifter's antsy behavior more amusing than anything else, cute even, like a puppy or kitten exposed to something new and terrifying.
"Is this your first year here at the school?"
