OOC: I don't mind either. :-)
His laughter brought a smile to Aleu's face. He was rather pleasant after all, and she was extremely pleased.
"Ah well, it's just kind of a part of me. Sometimes I don't mix well with people. I've always been a bit different. Whether you can shift or not, people are creatures. Sometimes I almost think they can smell a difference in me." It was true, and flying under the radar had been quite easy in her position, and her catlike soul definitely helped.
"But no matter. I'm always up for any errand, no matter how gruesome or dangerous. It's a rush, you know? And I would like to meet this Roscoe person, but only if he's as nice as you."
Though Aleu didn't really mean it, her personality was naturally flirty. But so what? She liked Rohjyx and for the first time in a long while, she felt comfortable with someone else. To her it seemed like they clicked, and he too saw something in her. But then again, it could just be her active imagination, and she did indeed have one.

Aleu heard the sharp creak of a door opening behind her, and quickly turned around. She braced herself, ready to shift or attack at any given moment. The intruder came forward, and his body language quickly showed that he meant no harm. She relaxed a little, but only a bit, as people had fooled her before she became smarter about them.
Her cat-like eyes watched as he waved and listened intently as he greeted Rohjyx."
He introduced himself politely, and extended a hand towards Aleu. She stared for a moment, and then said, "I don't shake hands." She realized it probably sounded rude, so then added, "Nothing against you or anything, mind. I'm Aleu."
He seemed nice enough, but also seemed to carry a depressing weight upon his shoulders and in his soul. Poor thing. She had known what that was like.
Her nose wrinkled and she said, "Do you smell dog?" Realizing, she turned to look at Roscoe and a devilish smile played upon her lips. "Well, I think I've sniffed out your form already, Love." She brushed purple bangs aside from her bright eyes and continued to watch him intently.

Rohjyx blinked and leaned to the side slightly to see around Aleu as he heard to door knob turning, the door being pushed open. Who was coming in? As far as he knew, only the Assassins used this place. 'Then it'd be safe to assume that it's one of my Assassin's coming here.' He thought, ice eyes slightly curious.
Roscoe walked in.
Rohjyx laughed somewhat. Not just any Assassin, but the Second in Command, at that! "Speak of the Devil and he shall arrive," He chuckled in response to Roscoe's greeting, amused. He watched the Dobeman and Aleu interact silently, taking a sip of his water. He almost wanted to laugh as Aleu sniffed and looked around, her nose wrinkled.
"Do you smell dog?" She asked, her eyes widening with realization as she turned and smirked at Roscoe. She said, "Well, I think I've sniffed out your form already, Love." with a swipe at her hair, the locks moving out of her eyes.
Rohjyx smirked at Aleu, speaking. "Ah, yes. That would be Roscoe. He, my dear, is my Second in Command, as I said before. If you've got any questions and I'm not around to answer them, you can ask him. He should be able to answer." He said, nodding to Roscoe. "By the way, what brings you here tonight Roscoe? And have you heard anything lately that I may like to know? The Scouts are saying that there has been a considrable rise in Guildless Shifters lately." He added, his attention shifting to his Second as his smirk relaxed into a smile. Roscoe had always been good at his job, and had yet to fail Rohjyx. That pleased him greatly.

"Second in command, hmm?" Aleu said, eying him a little more intently. Well, this was interesting. "I come in here to find a little peace and quiet from the world, and I get the two leaders on the guild. Well, now it's a party," she said, slipping a small sliver of ice onto her tongue and feeling the cold spread down her throat.
"Ah yes," Aleu said, after hearing him comment about his smell. "Well, we cats do have keen senses, you know. Perhaps next time you should take a bath before you come sneaking around dark places. You never know who you'll find."
Her eyes glinted in silent humor as she stared at him intently. Her gaze was never meant to be so strong, but her mismatched eyes just gave off the intensity of her soul.
She listened as Roscoe spoke to the leader. They were a nice pair, first and second in command. She felt herself warming up nicely to both of them, which was strange, as she was often distanced from others. But after all, this was the closest thing to family that she would have. That wouldn't keep her warm at night, but at least it was something. Too much time alone had been leaving her wary before the day had even begun.
"I trust my first and second in command can quickly wrap those who have no guild up. After all, if it comes down to it, no one wants to have their blood on our hands after they choose the thieves."
She cocked her head to the side slightly, she swept her ever-misbehaving purple bangs out of her eyes once more.
