(LoL, I try too...but fail...)
The girl stopped advancing a foot in front of the guy. Her eyes flaming with rage, that shouldn't at all be there, her fists clenched at her sides. She could feel that her fists ached to punch the guys face from his expression. She found it to be both amusing, and all more frustrating, fueling her annoyance. She noted the silence, which caused her amusement to grow even more... Everything seemed to amuse her more... In her mind she made a note to get herself checked out, since she was getting amused from the things that should not cause entertainment at all.
Her eyes went to the guy whom she was in a staring contest, a minor one. Though, he seemed to take her side. Inwardly she smiled a little. Her aura of authority, and anger still hung heavily around her, suppressing any comments or objections that the fat guy on his knees might have. Plus, the boy next to her helped as well... Though, she had to admit, his statement came out of no where for her.
"Nah, it was nothing yet..." Flames smiled a little, as she glanced at him. "But, I must say, yours isn't too far behind..."

((Lol, this is the longest streak of long posts I've ever made. xD Eventually they'll start falling toward 2-3 paragraphs.))
Damien slid off a little more to the side, out of harms way. The girl's face was furious and disappointed, it was almost funny, until it would be directed to you. Her eyes burned with upsetment, Damien thought, and her hands clenched at her side. He could see the muscle beneath them as the color began turning pale. Damien watched on as both he and... well, everyone else, blankly stared at him as he worked; either with horror or with anger. The employees, though they should help, helplessly glanced around, unsure of what to do. Should they help the man and have all eyes on them? Or should they stand back, and make him clean up the mess he made? He disappointedly shook his head at them and turned away.
His eyes caught the pale eyes of the girl, again. What's with the staring today, he thought amused. "Nah, it was nothing yet..." At this she sheepishly smiled and him, her anger very momentarily disappearing. "But, I must say, yours isn't too far behind..." And of course it came back. She must've been angry and possibly misread him... well, he was angry, but not as much as she might have thought. Her comment made him smile and lightly chuckle, tension gone. "Ah... well." Damien paused to observe the man on the floor, he almost-almost insulted him. Not that he'd do anything about it now since he's so embarrassed.
Even so, he cautiously stepped around him and inched toward the girl. While still holding his amused smile he murmured to her, "Not really, but if I were mad, I'd just get his fat ass all the way to the harbor..." He paused to think a moment and decided all was safe. He leaned his body back to a even center of gravity and said in a normal tone, "Then I'd get my friend to kick it in the ocean." Maybe not as funny as he'd originally planned, but it would have to do. I mean, once you've said it, you can't really take back your words.
Still, he didn't get why she was so upset. Sure he'd made a big scene about it, but he'd clean it up, and all would be happy and merry again. He saw the man pick himself off the ground with a grunt out of the corner of his eye and shuffle toward the trashcan, and smirked at this. He totally deserves it. The fat guy sighed and apologized, wide eye to everyone, making an occasional flicker of a glance toward the two teens. Slowly and surely, he trudged toward the door, even though it was still pouring rain. Damien leaned his weight on one foot, the ol' classic 'I am cooler than you' position' not that he was showing anyone up. She was a little taller, only by a few inches, so he had to tilt his head up slightly to see her reaction.

(Congrats!!!)
Flames, blinked a few times, looking at him, as he approached toward her, her smile growing as he spoke. Her anger seemed to vanish, replaced by sheer entertainment, almost as if she were never mad... It seemed always like that. She'd get angry at the moment's notice, and then be merry and happy the very next.
"It's still possible..."Flames murmured, as her eyes fallowed the fat old guy as he threw out the remains of the plate, and shuffled his feet out the door. His muttered apology seemed to suit her liking. She watched the guy, till the door closed, before churning around and looking at the guy next to her. "Who are you anyways?"

"It's still possible..." The girl muttered. What? Damien thought in confusion, his eyebrow raised, but alas he was ignored. He studied her as her eyes followed the man as he left the building into the cold frigid night. Hopefully nothing bad will happen, he's already had a tough day, Damien thought. As mad as he could've been, the guy was innocent. The door lightly shut with a loud swishing sound from the wind being sucked back outside. She turned to him and looked down and he raised his eyebrows. I seem to do that a lot these days... he mentally noted. "Who are you anyways?" Ah yes... the introductions. Blinking for a random moment, he bobbed his head in greeting and announced, "Damien."
In a nervous state, he pulled his hand behind his neck and gave a quick jerk, causing a loud POP! He sighed and asked her the same, "What's your name?" Usually he would've just shrugged and left, but... he was interested in her. Normally people wouldn't have stared back at him, it was unusual. Besides, he had no where to go, the rain was still falling. Geez. He thought, when will it end?! It wasn't falling as hard as it used to be, but still raining. It was calm enough to see outside and citizens that were sheltering finally decided to venture out from the stores they hid in, like them. For a moment, he wondered if he should just leave her here after introductions, but he didn't really want to be rude.
Maybe Damien could just ask her to go outside with him, so they could continue their conversation. The situation was bad enough as it was, and if she still had some anger pent up they could walk to the park and beat up some poor trees. Nah... that's too... his eye twitched at the thought. No, he should stay here... but he was planning on visiting Amber today. She wasn't really expecting him, so he was in no rush, but a giant storm wave just passed over. She was his only friend, he should check on her... but that would mean dumping the girl... but that was rude. Damien furiously shook his head, which probably looked weird to her since he said nothing. Was there no way to ask a girl to go somewhere without making it sound like a date anymore?!
((Don't you love Damien's train of thought? xD))

Flames gave him a blank look, staying silent, after he announced his name, as she watched his expression change. From casual, to far away...then back to... Well, it didn't really matter now did it? And as for the rain, she did not mind it all... If you asked her, she'd preffer it rain the whole day, hell, the whole week if that was possible... She hated the small little drizzles that came and went in a matter of 5 minutes... they completely defeated the purpose.
"Call me Flames." She smiled again, glancing slightly down at him. Now, it was churning slightly akward...if that could be said about the situation. She wasn't ever much of the person for new meetings... especially guys, no matter what age they were...

"Call me Flames." Her voice cut through his thoughts like knife through butter. He blinked and titled his head at her smile. Damien nodded, but didn't make any movement. He wasn't really one to shake hands, and he hoped she wasn't one either. For a few seconds the silence filled up the space. Awkward... Damien wasn't really sure what to do now and he shuffled uneasily on his feet. Rocking back and forth on his heels.... He uncomfortably stuffed his hands into his pockets and tried to hold still, but this was... really... awkward. First off, he didn't even know her. Normally he would just walk of, but luckily she looked just as uncomfortable. She kept glancing down at him, and he kept looking back to her and the ground.
He sighed quietly to himself and did what he always did, ignored her. After their little introduction, he briskly walked back to his table. As he walked up, he glanced down at his drink, none left. Oh well... he picked it up by the handle and ambled back to the counter. By now, most of the people had got over their shock. They turned back to their tables, eating food, drinking drinks, talking to friends about what just happened while others kept looking on in confusion as if thinking, 'what just happened?' As he reached his destination, Damien set the mug on the counter with a light thump.
Out the large front window, he could see the fat man seriously, fall into his car seat. At this he smirked and shifted his weight. He stumbled with his keys until he finally locked it in, and drove of. Dang, he's probably going to have a car wreck tonight. He thought with little enthusiasm. The rain was gone though, and the clouds had cleared. Few were in the sky, and those that were still there, were as light colored as snow. Like any other day, the sun was out shining above the town. High in the sky with its rays licking the Earth and warming the surface. Damien quickly turned his head away, never look at the sun, he was told before. With a heavy sigh, he made his way to the door, past the girl... Flames. Wonder why she's called Flames....

She didn't ask many questions either, rechurning to her seat as well, her eyes moving back, to looking outside. Flames seemed to have a small, hobby, if you could, to stare out the window with a rather, blank expression. After all, if you can pick out things about people as they pass by, you'd get pretty good at reading people, once you actually do get to meet them. Once her eyes settled on the fat guy how ever, her smile grew more evident, once more amused by the scenerio before her, as he struggled with his car.
Then Damien passed her. Glancing briskly at the clock near by, and figuring that she had absolutely nothing better to do she got up, and fallowed him. True she kept her distance, but still.
"Hey, you know it's not polite to simply walk away from a lady like that?" She called out, catching up with him a minute later.

"Hey, you know it's not polite to simply walk away from a lady like that?" Flames' voice cut through his meandering thoughts. He stopped in his slow trail and turned around to face her. Damien inwardly sighed, please tell me it's not one of those girls. He hated women who craved attention. I mean, why do they constantly need the spotlight on them? Why would Flames want to come up to him anyway? They had an awkward conversation, met, and greeted. There really wasn't anything more to say.
Despite this, he took the nice way out and honestly replied, "Sorry, I wasn't really aware there was anything to say." He lifted his eyebrow, unless she had something else to say? Without further ado he kept walking forward, this time, glancing back to make sure she was following. He knew she would anyway, but he didn't want to seem to rude. Though I couldn't hurt, they probably wouldn't meet again anyway, but Damien wasn't like that.
All that was left now was the cooling mist that hung in the air. He sighed, unsure what to do. He could go to Amber's and she could follow, or he could get rid of her now, or he'd just visit later. Damien wasn't sure, but it felt like it would be a long conversation.

Flames smirked, and nodded a little. With a small chuckle she looked over him, as if for the first time. She could sence that there was something off about him, and it got her curious, to say the least. Then again, she did find something curious in nearly everyone...But that's just her.
"Tell me...Now, many... Young boys, are capable of puting a grown man like that down... How'd you do it?" She knew how she was capable, him, she wasn't so sure about though. She glanced up, as she was walking beside him, pulling her hood up, over her already wet hair... true, not much help, but , some comfort never the less.

"Tell me...Now, many... Young boys, are capable of putting a grown man like that down... How'd you do it?" He looked at her and made a cheesy grin. "Really? I didn't really do anything, it was mostly you." Did she really think that? He wasn't that good at girls, but he'd heard about girl fights.
Boy fights always end with something like, 'Hey man. Let's just get over this, wanna' go play xBox at my house?' or if they're older, 'Wanna' go get some beer?' Yeah. He was sure the neutral thing was that guys never hit girls, even if he was hit by a girl, but girls just seriously want to kill each other.
He suppressed a sigh, but really, it was all her. He recalled the past events in his mind. All Damien had done was given him a pan to sweep it up with. Sure he was mad, but wasn't that just helping? Maybe he was more intimidating than he thought... note: lighten up when angry. He mentally stored it, and hopefully, wouldn't forget later. Mental notes didn't work much for him.
As he turned back to where he was going, he saw her pull up her hood over her damp hair. Wouldn't that get her hair wet? He lightly shrugged, wishing he could just shake his hair like he normally would, but Damien didn't want to be rude. He momentarily lifted his hand out of his pocket and ran it through his hair. He could feel the cool beads of water fall out. Hopefully that would make it dry faster, and hopefully most of it was gone anyway.
Lightly sighing-which he seemed to do a lot-and countered, "But really, it was mostly you. I don't think I've ever seen an older guy afraid of a young girl like yourself." Compliment, compliment, compliment. Now that apparently she was following him, Damien wasn't sure what to do now. Go to Amber's? Tell her to leave? He frowned at the thought, that was rude and he didn't want to seem rude if he could help it. He looked at her, silently leaving the destination to her.
